A standard page is 250 words or fewer, one-sided, and in letter or A4 size or smaller. Returning customers are detected by email and automatically receive the best available price for the order.
For example: 5 standard pages cost $85; 10 cost $170; 20 cost $300. That saves $10, $20 or $80 respectively compared with our standard $19/page rate, before any further eligible discount. All prices are in USD.

Turnaround
Many standard 1 to 3 page orders are delivered within 24 hours. If the file is longer or the formatting is more complex, the delivery time can increase.
Accepted file types
PDF, DOCX, scans and clear mobile photos are accepted. You can also upload several files in the same order as long as names, stamps and signatures are legible.
Electronic signatures and verification pages
Relevant electronic-signature and certificate information is included so the certified translation covers the complete document. Blank space is not counted, and pages containing 250 words or fewer can be assessed together. If the count is unclear, upload once and ask us to verify it before payment.

A standard page contains 250 words or fewer, is one-sided and is letter or A4 size or smaller. Blank space is not charged as translated content. Longer, unusually dense or complex pages may need individual review.
Is the signed certification included in the price?
Yes. Certified document orders include professional translation, readable formatting, digital PDF delivery and a signed certification statement confirming completeness and accuracy.
Can you confirm the exact page count before I pay?
Yes. Upload the complete files and continue to the saved checkout. If signature pages, electronic certificates or mixed documents make the count unclear, use the page-count review option. Our team will review the same saved files and email the confirmed count and total before payment.
Are TranslateDay certified translations produced automatically?
No. Professional human translators prepare and review the translation and certification. Technology supports secure file handling, project organization and quality checks, but does not replace professional responsibility for the delivered translation.
What happens if I find a translation or certification error?
Contact support or send the detail through your order dashboard. We review it against the source and correct confirmed translation or certification errors attributable to our work without an additional translation charge.
Will I see the complete total before payment?
Yes. After upload, checkout shows the language pair, page count, applicable rate and total before the secure payment step. Optional notarization, rush handling, physical delivery or unusual formatting requirements are separate when requested and available.
