First-party translation data

Certified document translation data: 668 delivered orders analyzed.

A privacy-safe view of page counts and language demand across TranslateDay orders delivered from September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026.

Last reviewed: September 4, 2026 Data period: September 1, 2025-August 31, 2026 Scope: Delivered TranslateDay orders only

Direct answer

Most completed orders were small, while language demand remained broader than the two leading pairs.

Of the 668 delivered orders analyzed, 71.3% contained one chargeable page and 93.3% contained four pages or fewer. English US was the selected target language in 86.7% of orders. French and Spanish together represented 79.8% of selected source languages.

These figures describe TranslateDay's own completed orders. They do not identify the customer, document, receiving authority or purpose of any order, and they are not estimates for the translation market as a whole.

How many chargeable pages were in an order?

The page count is the total confirmed for the order, which may include one or more uploaded files.

A standard chargeable page contains up to 250 words, is one-sided and is no larger than Letter or A4. Blank space alone does not create another chargeable page. Dense, unusually complex or partially illegible files may need review.

Language demand

French and Spanish led the sample, but did not define the service limit.

Fourteen other selected source-language categories accounted for 20.2% of orders. This long tail is why the order form uses a searchable language selector rather than limiting customers to a short preset list.

English US was selected as the target language for 579 orders (86.7%). The order record does not state why the customer selected it, so this is not presented as the share submitted to USCIS or any other authority.

Methodology

Aggregated from final order records, without inspecting private documents.

  • Included: 668 orders whose final status was Delivered
  • Excluded: three records whose final status was Cancelled
  • Page count: the chargeable total confirmed in each order
  • Language: the source and target selected and confirmed at checkout

Use the evidence

What customers can take from the data.

  1. Upload the complete document.Include reverse sides, signature pages and continuation sheets even when only one page contains the main text.
  2. Choose the requested English variety.Select the target language specified by the receiving institution.
  3. Confirm an unclear page count.Ask for review before payment when blank pages, dense text or electronic signatures make the total uncertain.
  4. Search for any source language. The distribution describes past demand, not the languages TranslateDay can accept.
